We make every offer to make the process EASY. Here is our basic process.
- Request Help by calling in (+1-605-274-6055) or Submitting A Ticket.
- A Technician will open a case an attempt to troubleshoot the problem.
- While most issues can be resolved by troubleshooting in the field, sometimes an RMA is needed. If this is determined by the technician and RMA will be automatically created for you.
- All RMA's with AVProConnect & Murideo are ADVANCED REPLACED. Other manufacturer products will be advanced replaced if we have them in stock or if the manufacturer has this policy.
- That's it! You will only need to verify your shipping address and speed of service and you will be shipped a replacement part with a return label to ship the defective part back. You will also receive a digital "invoice" reflecting the RMA number and a tracking number email for your reference.
NOTE: If and RMA is for a non AVProConnect or Murideo, the process may not be an advanced replacement depending on the manufacturers policies. Additionally shipping speeds faster than ground may incur charges. We make every effort to make the process as "hands off" for the customer as possible!
